Returns Policy   
 You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not include items that do not have tamper evident closures unless it is defective or we ship the wrong item. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.



Cancellation Policy 
You may cancel your order any time before it ships. Please call or text 419.215.5485 with your order number if you want to cancel. Emails are slower and can result in not catching the order in time.

 

Shipping Policy    
We ship from Delta, OH and Westminster,CO. We can ship to virtually any address in the US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We generally use USPS priority flat rate which arrives in 2-3 business days. Exceptions are common during holidays with heavy shipping such as Christmas.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider shipping date estimates may appear in your confirmation email
