Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Hempexco purchase — but we also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds to keep things simple and fair for everyone.
🛍️ Returns
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 15 days of purchase. To start a return, just send us an email at customerservice@hempexco.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.
Please note: Not all return requests will be authorized. Hempexco reserves the right to approve or deny returns at our discretion and may issue store credit in lieu of a refund when appropriate.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
A 15% disposal fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
Why the fee? We’re unable to resell any returned hemp or CBD products — even if they’re unopened. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and safely discarding returned items, while continuing to uphold high product safety standards.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear back on your original payment method.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right — no restocking fee applies. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless there is a clear quality issue. Sale items, promotional gifts, and digital products (if applicable) are also non-refundable.
