Hempexco’s CBD dose calculator can help you start your CBD journey with confidence. This does not mean it is the dose that will work for you,  it is only a starting point. Round your ml to the nearest 1/4 ml and increase every 2 or 3 days until you get relief. If you need to take more than 1ml, purchase the next strength up. Step 3: Check the amount of Hempexco CBD in the bottle and enter (600, 1200, or 3000).

Step 4: Enter the number of ml in the bottle (All Hempexco tinctures are 30ml)

This calculator will tell you how many mg and how many ml (1ml-1dropperful) you should start with.
